    Experienced legal assistants with one year or more of drafting experience. We are looking for hard working, self-starters who can multi-task and thrive in a high volume fast paced practice representing top nationwide banking clients.

    Legal Secretary is our entry position into the legal field. No specific education or background is required, just a willingness to learn and proficiency with data entry. If you’ve always wanted to break out into the legal, Legal Secretary might be a good position for you. We are willing to train for advancement for those without legal experience.

    Current Law School Students looking to gain experience in legal research, writing, and our area of practice. Opportunities may exist for follow on assignment as an Attorney with the firm once admitted to practice.

    Our administrative assistants, accounting staff, and information professionals work on the non-legal aspects of the firm to keep us running. Reception, Billing/Accounting Clerks, and IT Staff positions may be available.

    RLBA maintains an internship program for High School students or College Students with limited work experience looking to obtain exposure to the legal field prior to graduation.

New employees are required to attend the Right Start session.  Our firm has a dedicated training room and instructor who provides guidance and instruction in a classroom environment.  We have developed this program to introduce new employees to the areas of law our firm specializes in, the regulatory and internal policies and procedures, contextualization - how the topics covered apply to all areas of the firm and all positions, process supports increasing learner independence with an emphasis throughout on participative learning, and the skills needed to continue learning and developing as an employee.  Individual assessments are provided daily from trainees and the trainer to assess development and identify individual strengths and weaknesses (skills analysis and skills audits).
