Travis White is a New Mexico Civil Litigation Attorney specializing in protecting creditor’s rights, personal injury law and general practice. 

Travis is originally a native of Texas.  Before attending law school, Travis received his undergraduate degree in business, cum laude, from Texas Tech University with a major in Management Information Systems and a master’s degree in business from Texas Tech University with a major in Management & Leadership.  Thereafter, Travis earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech School of Law.  

Since graduating law school, Travis has been admitted to practice in all New Mexico state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.  In his various roles as a New Mexico Attorney, Travis has had the opportunity to acquire large amounts of civil litigation experience, including trial experience.  In addition to his litigation experiences, Travis has developed a keen understanding of the various New Mexico District Courts, the Metropolitan Court in Bernalillo County, the New Mexico Court of Appeals, the United States Bankruptcy Court for New Mexico, and the United States District Court for the State of New Mexico.  Currently, Travis is also working on gaining admission to practice law in Arizona. 

During his career as an attorney, Travis has developed a proficiency in utilizing his legal skills and knowledge to protect clients.  Travis has made the protection of his clients the focus of his practice, seeking to provide the most effective representation, through zealous advocacy and by maintaining the highest ethical standards.  In addition to protecting creditor’s rights, Travis has developed a passion for pursuing justice for those who have been injured by another’s negligence. Travis has a proven record for helping victims of personal injury, wrongful death and general law.

In his pastime, Travis enjoys exploring the New Mexico scenery, including:  fishing and camping with his wife and three children
