Penelope M. Quintero
Born and raised in Southern California, Penelope received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California Riverside in 2010, and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2014. While in law school, Penelope concentrated in corporate law and was a member of the Transactional Negotiation Team and the Employment Rights Clinic, where she investigated retaliation claims on behalf of the California Labor Commissioner. Penelope moved to New Mexico in May of 2014 and was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in September of 2014.
